Interstate 40 East: Exit #226 B. Loop over the interstate and continue North on Mount Juliet Road for 1/2 mile. Clinic will be on your left.

Hwy 70 (Lebanon Road) toward Mt. Juliet: Turn right on North Mount Juliet Road (at Rite Aid). Go 3 miles. Clinic will be on your right just past West Wilson Middle School.

From Lebanon:
